Hi, my name is Victoria Hughes and I am an upcoming costume designer from Ohio. All of the designs I do use color heavily to convey different ideas, whether that be relationships or where they are in life. Story telling can be done through many mediums and with color those stories can be as bold and straight forward or as subtle and tucked and away you want.
